The Enrich button HubSpot should have shipped.
The revdrive.ai Prospector is a card that lives on every contact record. One click finds a verified work email, mobile, LinkedIn, and title — checks it against what's already in HubSpot — and writes it back. Your reps never leave the record.
Watch a contact fill itself in.
No tab-hopping, no CSV exports, no copy-paste. The rep clicks once and keeps working while the card does the hunting.
Enrich this contact with email, phone, LinkedIn and title via Revdrive.
Enrich contactA stylized HubSpot record with fictional data — the card and its flow are the real thing.
Built because we kept watching reps do this by hand.
Every client engagement surfaced the same scene: a rep opens a contact, the email field is blank or two jobs old, and the hunt begins — LinkedIn in one tab, an email finder in another, results pasted back by hand. Or worse: the stale email gets trusted, and the bounce comes back after the sequence has already started.
The enrichment tools that solve this exist. They're also priced per seat, live outside the CRM, and in practice nobody opens them. The data problem was never really a data problem — it was a where the button lives problem.
So we put the button on the contact record, wired our enrichment stack behind it, and made it something we give to the teams we work with — not something we sell.
One click outside. A careful pipeline inside.
Identity first
Before spending a single credit, the card pins down who the person actually is — a verified LinkedIn profile matched to the company domain. If identity can't be established, no lookups run at all. A guess written into your CRM is worse than a blank field.
Waterfall enrichment
Each field walks its own provider chain, cheapest source first, falling through until something hits. If your team runs Clay, your own Clay account fills whatever the waterfall missed — asynchronously, so the rep never waits on it.
Every email verified
Every address gets a deliverability badge — Verified, Catch-all, or Bounce — including the one already sitting in HubSpot. A bounced email isn't treated as truth: it gets flagged and the card hunts a fresh one instead.
Safe write-back
New values land in your mapped properties automatically. When a finding differs from what HubSpot already holds, nothing is overwritten silently — the rep sees both values and picks. Personal emails stay out of the CRM entirely.
Enrichment that respects your CRM.
Bad enrichment is worse than none — it fills your source of truth with strangers and dead emails. Every design decision in the Prospector starts from that.
No stranger data
Unidentified person, no lookups. Providers given only a name return whoever they like — the card refuses to record a guess.
No silent overwrites
Conflicts with existing HubSpot values are shown side by side. Your rep decides which value wins, per field.
Personal email stays out
Personal addresses are shown to the rep but never synced into HubSpot properties.
Caps and budgets
Per-user and per-account daily caps, plus a per-run credit budget. Nobody can accidentally burn a month of credits in an afternoon.
Your fields, your mapping
Results write to the properties you choose — including custom fields your portal already uses as the source of truth.
Live progress
The card narrates every step as it runs — identifying, checking, finding, writing back. No black box.
You can't buy it. That's the point.
The Prospector isn't a product with a pricing page. It's included when we work together — installed in your portal, mapped to your fields, running on our enrichment stack, and supported like everything else we ship.
It's also a preview of how we work: find the pain point reps actually hit, build the smallest tool that removes it, and put it where the work already happens. If that's useful for enrichment, imagine it pointed at your reporting, your outreach, or your pipeline.
One OAuth install into your HubSpot portal. No browser extension, no API keys to paste, nothing for IT to babysit.
We map the card's findings to your properties — standard or custom — and set caps that fit your team's volume.
The card appears on every contact record. From there it's one button, a few seconds, and a filled-in contact.
